Buff Bride

Show me a bride-to-be that says she doesn't want to lose weight before her wedding and I have a feeling you are showing me a liar.  I for one am not a liar and am planning on getting in the best shape I ever.  Unfortunately, this might be a bit difficult.  Because the wedding is still more than a year away, I have decided that I need to start now with little steps.  Here is a list of the few things I am going to do now to get my butt in gear:

1.  Complete and continue the one hundred push up challenge.
2.  When I am craving a snack, drink a full glass of water and wait 10 minutes.  If I am still craving a snack, grab something small and healthy.
3.  Drink more water period and cut down on other drinks.
4.  Eat more small meals throughout the day and avoid unhealthy, high calorie foods (including my weakness... Hostess cherry pies!)
5.  Take the pup for daily walks longer than 30 minutes (on warm days)

Now that this is on the world wide web for all to read, I am forced to stick to my plan!
